Key responsibilities

- Manage and maintain CRM data quality, lead routing, opportunity tracking, and sales pipeline hygiene.
- Build and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly revenue reports and dashboards.
- Analyze sales and marketing funnel performance and identify operational gaps.
- Support automation workflows across CRM, telephony, and other revenue tools.
- Monitor lead assignment, campaign attribution, and revenue tracking accuracy.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance teams to improve operational efficiency.
- Assist in incentive tracking, target reporting, and performance analytics.
- Troubleshoot operational issues related to CRM, automations, and reporting systems.
- Maintain documentation for revenue processes, workflows, and SOPs.
- Leverage LLM/AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar) for data analysis, workflow optimization, documentation, reporting assistance, and automation support.
- Identify opportunities to improve RevOps processes using AI-driven workflows and prompt-based automation.

Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, MIS, or a similar analytical role.




- Strong proficiency in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookup functions, dashboards, formulas).
- Experience with CRM platforms such as LeadSquared, Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or similar.
- Basic knowledge of SQL for data analysis and reporting.
- Familiarity with automation tools such as n8n, webhooks, APIs, or workflow automation platforms.
- Hands-on experience with LLM/AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or similar) for operational productivity and analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
