Role Description The Retail Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role involves engaging with walk-in and existing customers, understanding their requirements, and recommending suitable roofing, panel, and structural solutions from the company’s product portfolio. The specialist will manage the entire sales cycle at the retail outlet, including product demonstrations, price discussions, order booking, and coordination with internal teams for delivery and installation.





Daily responsibilities include maintaining up-to-date product knowledge, ensuring accurate display and stock arrangement, handling customer queries and concerns, and documenting leads and sales activities in the system. The role also requires building strong customer relationships, achieving monthly sales targets, and providing feedback from the market to support continuous improvement in products and services.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Retail Sales skills, including experience in in-store selling, lead conversion, and achieving sales targets.
- Candidates should possess solid Product Knowledge skills, with the ability to learn and explain technical features and advantages of roofing, panels, and structural products.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills for clear explanations, active listening, and professional handling of customer queries and concerns.
- Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Skills to build trustful relationships with customers, colleagues, and channel partners.
- Prior experience in building materials, construction, or industrial products retail is beneficial.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office or sales CRM tools and comfort with documenting sales activities is preferred.
- Minimum qualification: high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, including weekends or extended hours as per retail requirements.
