Qualification - Minimum 15 years of regular, full time education (10 + 2 + 3)
Shift- Rotational 24/7(including night shift)
Support Asset Protection operations by monitoring alarms, handling incident response activities, conducting fraud investigations, managing video evidence requests, and ensuring compliance with operational and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to intrusion, life safety, environmental, and system health alarms.
- Coordinate emergency dispatch activities with law enforcement, fire departments, and emergency responders.
- Perform alarm troubleshooting, user management, and system administration activities.
- Manage service tickets, alarm audits,
and technical support activities.
- Investigate exception-based alerts, suspicious transactions, and fraud-related activities using approved platforms.
- Review transaction data, surveillance footage, and incident reports to support investigations.
- Create and maintain investigation case files and supporting documentation.
- Retrieve, review, package, and archive video evidence supporting claims and legal requests.
- Maintain chain-of-custody records and evidence management standards.
- Produce operational reports while ensuring SLA and compliance adherence.
