Role Description The Retail Business Executive role at Sunshine Global is a full-time, on-site position based in Ernakulam. The role involves managing relationships with retail partners, overseeing product placement and merchandising, and ensuring timely order processing and deliveries.

The Retail Business

Executive will monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and identify opportunities to expand product reach and improve revenue. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams for inventory and logistics, gathering customer and retailer feedback, and preparing regular sales and performance reports.



The role also requires supporting promotional activities, training retail staff on product features, and maintaining high standards of customer service.

Qualifications

- Strong sales, business development, and account management skills in a retail or distribution environment.
- Ability to analyze sales data, monitor market trends, and prepare clear performance reports.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with retailers and internal teams.
- Organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail in order handling and merchandising.
- Comfort with field work, including regular store visits and in office coordination in Ernakulam and surrounding areas.
- Proficiency with basic office software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, CRM or sales tools).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in consumer goods, home appliances, or FMCG retail operations is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and collaborate effectively within a team.
