Preferred Eligibility Criteria Degree: Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, or equivalent mental health qualification from a recognized institution.

Certifications: Completed multiple certifications in emotional wellness, trauma resolution, somatic therapy, mindfulness, or expressive arts healing.

Experience: Minimum 3–5+ years of experience conducting 1-on-1 counseling, group facilitation, and designing/executing mental health retreats (preferably in luxury wellness or retreat environments). Location &

- Qualities Strong repertoire of completed courses in mental health, emotional wellness, somatic work, or trauma-informed therapy. Exceptional emotional intelligence, empathy, and high-level interpersonal skills to handle sensitive topics with elite clientele. Proven ability to design and lead engaging group workshops and transformative multi-day retreats. Fluency in English and Hindi. Strong understanding of decision fatigue, executive burnout, and modern neuro-psychological stress patterns.
