Service Commitment: 2-Year Employment BondJob Summary The Reservation Executive is responsible for managing domestic and international travel reservations, ticketing, hotel bookings, travel documentation, and customer service. The role requires accurate and timely handling of bookings while coordinating with airlines, hotels, travel partners, and customers to ensure a smooth travel experience.Key Responsibilities

- Manage domestic and international flight ticket reservations and bookings.
- Handle hotel reservations, travel itineraries, and customer requirements.
- Process ticket cancellations, rebooking, refunds, amendments, and schedule changes.
- Prepare accurate fare quotations and provide travel-related information.
- Assist customers with passport and visa-related documentation and processes.
- Verify travel documents and ensure compliance with airline and government requirements.
- Maintain accurate booking records, customer details, and travel documentation.
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, travel partners, and relevant authorities.
- Handle customer enquiries related to bookings, itineraries, fares, and travel services.
- Provide prompt, professional, and effective customer support.
- Follow company reservation procedures, service standards, and documentation processes.
- Ensure all assigned reservations are followed up and closed within the required timelines.

Required Skills




- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of airline ticketing and reservation procedures.
- Knowledge of GDS / Amadeus is an added advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple bookings and work within deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of passport and visa procedures.
- Good coordination and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced travel environment.

Qualifications
- Any degree.
- Preference will be given to candidates with qualifications in Tourism, Travel, Hospitality, or related fields.

Experience
- 0–2 years of experience.
- Freshers with relevant travel, tourism, ticketing, or reservation knowledge may apply.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Accuracy of reservations, ticketing, and documentation.
- Timely processing of bookings, cancellations, amendments, and refunds.
- Customer response time and satisfaction.
- Follow-up and closure of reservation requests.
- Compliance with company and travel documentation procedures.
- Coordination effectiveness with airlines, hotels, and travel partners.

2-Year Employment Bond The selected candidate will be required to enter into a 2-year employment bond/agreement with the company. Candidates are expected to commit to the organization for the agreed period and comply with the terms and conditions specified in the employment agreement.
