Role Description This is a full time, on-site Research Associate – Bioanalytical role based in Ahmedabad.

The Research

Associate will support bioanalytical studies by preparing biological samples, performing assays, and operating analytical instruments such as LC-MS/MS under supervised conditions.

Responsibilities include following standard operating procedures, maintaining detailed and accurate laboratory records, and assisting in method development, validation, and routine analysis to support clinical and BA/BE studies. The role involves adhering to GLP, GCP, and other regulatory guidelines, participating in quality control checks,



and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as data management and clinical operations.

The Research

Associate will also contribute to troubleshooting analytical issues, ensuring timely completion of projects, and supporting documentation for regulatory submissions and audits.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in bioanalytical techniques, including sample preparation, chromatographic methods, and quantitative analysis using instruments such as LC-MS/MS or HPLC.
- Understanding of clinical research processes, including BA/BE studies, bioanalytical workflows, and coordination with data management and pharmacovigilance teams.
- Knowledge of regulatory and quality standards, such as GLP, GCP, FDA and EMA guidelines, and experience following SOPs and documentation requirements.
- Proficiency in basic data handling, use of laboratory software, and interpretation of analytical results with attention to accuracy and reproducibility.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, or a related life science discipline.
- Strong organizational skills, ability to follow detailed procedures, and capacity to work effectively in a fast-paced laboratory environment.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Prior experience in a bioanalytical laboratory or CRO environment is preferred; familiarity with method validation and audit-ready documentation is an advantage.
