Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Reporter role based in the Greater Coimbatore Area. The Reporter will gather information on company activities, trade operations, and market developments, and produce clear, accurate reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting interviews, verifying facts, writing news-style updates, and preparing multimedia content such as photos or short videos related to trade events and operations. The role involves collaborating with trading, logistics, and compliance teams to ensure reporting aligns with company policies and regulatory requirements. The Reporter will also monitor relevant regional and international trade news and provide summaries that support business decision-making.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Reporting and News Writing skills, with the ability to present complex trade-related information clearly and concisely.




- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Writing skills to interact with diverse stakeholders and produce well-structured written content.
- Candidates should possess basic Multimedia skills, including the ability to capture and use images or video to support reporting when needed.
- Relevant experience in journalism, business reporting, or trade-related documentation is beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Robust attention to detail, fact-checking ability, and adherence to ethical reporting standards are essential.
- Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of regional languages and familiarity with international trade concepts are an advantage.
