- Lead the negotiation and closure of high-value transactions, demonstrating expertise in big-ticket sales cycles.

- Maintain a highly target-driven approach, consistently striving to surpass individual and team sales quotas.

- Utilize advanced communication skills to build solid relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.

Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience in Inside Sales / B2B Sales
- Strong tele-calling & outbound sales experience
- Proven experience handling large accounts / high-value deals
- Track record of big-ticket sales closures
- Highly target-driven with strong communication & negotiation skills
