Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Officer based in Dera Bassi.
The Relationship
Officer will be responsible for managing client relationships, understanding their financial needs, and providing tailored solutions. Daily tasks will include assessing client financial positions,
recommending suitable credit products, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, the role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, maintaining client records, and achieving business targets.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of financial products such as Loan against Property (LAP), Working Capital finance, Term Loans, and Invoice Discounting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand client business requirements and provide customized financial solutions
- Experience with both secured and unsecured financial offerings
- Proficiency in maintaining client records and using financial software
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Prior experience in the banking or financial sector is a plus
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic workplace
