Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager role based in Coimbatore.

The Relationship

Manager will build and maintain strong client relationships, understand client financial goals, and recommend suitable investment and insurance products.

Responsibilities include conducting regular portfolio reviews, providing wealth checks, following up on leads, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams, preparing basic financial reports, and staying updated on market trends and company offerings.

Manager is expected to meet business targets while maintaining a client-centric, ethical advisory approach.

Qualifications

- Ability to understand client financial needs and recommend appropriate investment and insurance solutions.
- Strong interpersonal skills for client engagement, relationship building, and follow-up communication.
- Basic financial literacy and comfort with explaining financial concepts in a clear, accessible manner.
- Proficiency in using digital tools and online platforms for client servicing, reporting, and documentation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional local language skills are an asset.
- Proven ability to work in an on-site, client-facing role and manage multiple client relationships simultaneously.
- Prior experience in financial services, banking, insurance, or wealth management is preferred but not mandatory.
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in finance, commerce, business administration, or a related field is desirable.
- High level of integrity, ethical conduct, and commitment to client confidentiality and regulatory compliance.
