Role Description The Relationship Manager (Sales) will be responsible for developing and managing client relationships, with a focus on promoting the company’s investment and broking services. This full-time, on-site role is based in Bokaro and involves regular client meetings, understanding client financial needs, and offering appropriate equity and investment solutions. The role includes handling inquiries, explaining product features, assisting with account opening and documentation, and ensuring timely follow-up on leads.

The Relationship

Manager will collaborate with internal research and operations teams, prepare basic reports on client activity and sales performance,



and work towards achieving agreed sales and revenue targets while maintaining high standards of client satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Strong client relationship management skills, including the ability to build trust, communicate clearly, and maintain long-term partnerships.
- Sales and business development capabilities, with experience in lead generation, converting prospects, and working toward defined targets.
- Basic understanding of equity markets, investment products, and broking services, with a willingness to stay updated on market trends.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present financial offerings in a clear and accessible manner.
- Good organizational and time-management skills, including attention to detail in documentation and compliance processes.
- Ability to work collaboratively with research, operations, and support teams, and to adapt to a fast-paced financial services environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Business, Economics, or a related field; relevant certifications in securities or financial markets are an advantage.
- Prior experience in financial services or broking sales is preferred, but motivated candidates with strong interpersonal skills will also be considered.
