We are looking for a highly motivated and target-oriented **HR / Recruitment Executive** to join our team on a Work From Home basis. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing and calling candidates, screening profiles, regular follow-ups, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with clients throughout the recruitment process.
The role requires excellent communication skills, strong follow-up ability, and the capability to handle a high volume of calls and recruitment activities on a daily basis.
### Key Responsibilities
* Make **100+ connected calls daily** to candidates for recruitment requirements.
* Source candidates through job portals, databases, social media and other recruitment channels.
* Screen candidates based on job requirements and shortlist suitable profiles.
* Explain job responsibilities, salary, location, working conditions and other details to candidates.
* Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates regarding interview schedules, feedback and joining.
* Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
* Take complete ownership of the candidate from **initial calling to final joining**.
* Coordinate with clients regarding open positions, candidate requirements, interview feedback and selection status.
* Share suitable candidate profiles with clients as per their requirements.
* Follow up with selected candidates until their date of joining.
* Maintain accurate daily recruitment reports, call records and candidate status.
* Update recruitment trackers/CRM on a daily basis.
* Ensure timely closure of assigned vacancies.
* Handle candidate queries professionally and maintain a positive candidate experience.
* Achieve daily and monthly recruitment targets.

### Required Skills
* Excellent **Hindi & English communication skills**
* Good convincing and negotiation skills

* Comfortable making a high volume of calls every day
* Good knowledge of recruitment and candidate screening
* Ability to work independently from home
* Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
* Basic knowledge of job portals and recruitment tools
* Good time management and target-oriented approach
### Preferred Experience
