About the Role

Ematrix Consulting Engineer Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Manager with an Electrical Engineering background and around 12 years of experience in Marketing/Business Development, preferably in the MEP, Electrical, Engineering Consultancy, Construction, or Real Estate sector.

The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, developing client relationships, and bringing new MEP consultancy projects onboard.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate new leads and business opportunities for MEP projects.

Build and maintain relationships with builders, developers, architects, contractors, consultants, and industrial clients.

Identify upcoming construction projects and approach potential clients.

Conduct client meetings, presentations, site visits, and follow-ups.

Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team for proposals and quotations.





Convert qualified leads into confirmed projects and achieve business targets.

Negotiate commercial terms and coordinate with management until project closure.

Maintain a strong sales pipeline and provide regular MIS/updates.

Develop a strong network within the construction and MEP industry.

Ensure smooth handover of confirmed projects to the technical team.

Candidate Profile

10-15 years of relevant Marketing/Business Development experience.

Solid Electrical/MEP industry knowledge and client network.

Proven track record in lead generation and project conversion.

Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and follow-up skills.

Target-oriented, self-motivated, and willing to travel for client meetings.

Strong focus on bringing new clients and projects to the company.
