JD: Senior Data Scientist / ML Engineer

Experience: 2+ years | Location: Bengaluru

Role: Build predictive ML models for business use cases, productionize them at scale, and drive GenAI POCs into production-grade applications — collaborating across engineering, product, and business teams.

/n

Must-Have:

/n

/n
2+ yrs in Data Science/ML, with time series forecasting, clustering, classification, regression, or boosting algorithms — ideally in Retail/CPG/CVM

/n
Solid Python/PySpark; SQL and Spark/Hadoop familiarity

/n
ML deployment on AWS/Azure/GCP (Sage Maker, Azure ML, or Databricks)

/n
MLOps/CI-CD understanding (Azure Dev Ops or equivalent)

/n
Working knowledge of GenAI — LLMs, RAG, vector databases, agentic workflows (Lang Chain/Lang Graph)

/n

/n

Valuable to Have: Retail/CPG/CVM domain, A/B testing, model explainability (SHAP), fine-tuning/LoRA, multi-agent orchestration

Education: B. Tech/M. Tech/M. Sc in CS, Math, Statistics, or related field
