Hands-on working Knowledge on Active Directory, GPO, DHCP / DNS record updates.

Knowledge on Server Infrastructure for 2012 to 2022.

Knowledge of troubleshooting on Windows & MAC Systems.

Installation & troubleshooting of MS Office products.

/n
Solid troubleshooting knowledge of Outlook, Email issues.

Solid Knowledge and experience on O365 Management Portal & Licensing.

/n
Knowledge and experience on Share Point and One Drive.

/n
Knowledge on MS Azure, MS Intune & Cloud technologies.

Hands on troubleshooting knowledge of LAN/WAN issues, Wi-Fi AP configurations.

Ability to install/configure & troubleshoot various types of printers.

Ability to configure email accounts, outlook on PC & Mobile devices.

Knowledge on various Backup Technologies, Veeam backup, Cloud Backup, Acronis.
