Job Description
Robust hands-on experience with PRTG Network Monitor.
Solid hands-on experience with Logic Monitor administration and monitoring.
Experience working with REST APIs, JSON, and API integrations.
Experience creating dashboards and reports using Microsoft Power BI.
Knowledge of SNMP, WMI, SSH, Power Shell, Windows, Linux, VMware, Azure, AWS, and network monitoring concepts.
Experience scripting using Power Shell or Python for automation.
Understanding ITIL processes, incident management, problem management, and change management.
Minimum Qualification:
15 years of full time education
