Duties and Responsibilities
The role will require a robust understanding of professionals, industry knowledge & market intelligence and underwriting processes at BFL to ensure that only creditworthy firms & individuals are extended loans in line with BFL's risk policies. The incumbent will be responsible for underwriting loans in their specific locations, which will mostly be pre-qualified / pre-approved by the Risk team, and require quick processing TATs, in the following businesses:
Skilled Loans:



Monthly disbursements are expected to cross Rs.250 Cr in these businesses by September. Thus, each Credit Manager is expected to process Rs.10 Cr of loan applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Underwriting of loans to professionals within defined timelines.
Drive ownership of internal processes & compliance with underwriting policies.
Support Business, Risk & Operations in meeting the long-term goals of the respective businesses.
