Job Description - Key Responsibilities: Network Architecture: Design and develop the organization's overall network architecture, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security. Define and enforce network standards, policies, and procedures. Leadership and Collaboration: Lead a team of network architects, providing mentorship, guidance, and fostering a collaborative setting. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including security, operations, and applications, to align network strategies with business goals. Technology Evaluation and Adoption: Stay abreast of emerging network technologies, evaluating their applicability to the organization's needs. Drive the adoption of cutting-edge technologies that enhance network performance, security, and efficiency. Drive the adoption of cutting-edge technologies, including Cisco SD-WAN, Cisco LAN & Wireless, Cisco DNAC, Cisco ISE, Cisco Firewalls, Zscaler, Palo Alto Firewall, and Juniper Junos switches & MIST access points, that enhance network performance, security, and efficiency. Security and Compliance: Develop and implement network security strategies, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and organizational policies. Conduct regular security assessments and audits. Troubleshooting and Support: Act as a senior technical resource for complex network issues,



providing guidance to the support and operations teams. Collaborate with vendors to resolve critical network incidents. Capacity Planning: Conduct capacity planning to anticipate future network requirements and ensure optimal performance. Evaluate and recommend hardware and software solutions to meet capacity needs. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of network designs, configurations, and changes. Provide training and knowledge transfer to team members. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Extensive experience (15+ years) in network architecture and design. Industry certifications such as CCIE or equivalent. Strong leadership and team management skills. In-depth knowledge of networking protocols, Cisco SD-WAN, Cisco LAN & Wireless, Cisco DNAC, Cisco ISE, Cisco Firewalls, Juniper MIST Switches/Access points, Zscaler, Palo Alto Firewalls, security best practices, and emerging technologies. Knowledge in Voice technologies (AudioCodes), Network Visibility (Gigamon, ORDR) Proven experience in designing and implementing large-scale, complex enterprise networks. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
