This role is designed to provide hands-on exposure to Controllership, Accounting, Compliance, and Business Finance.
Responsibilities
Support the controllership function - statutory compliance, internal controls, reconciliations, and audit readiness
Assist in financial reporting, MIS, and regulatory filings
Work closely with auditors on statutory, internal, and tax audits
Partner with business teams to provide financial insights and ensure process compliance
Gain exposure to accounting, taxation, and corporate finance activities
Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced setting
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Personal Traits: Independent, solution-oriented, responsive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving workplace
Salary
12 - 14 a year
