Job Summary:

The Talent Keepers is looking for a Manager – Client Delivery & Business Development to manage end-to-end recruitment delivery for IT and Non-IT clients while driving recent client onboarding for our recruitment consultancy. The role requires strong consultancy experience, client management, team leadership, and a revenue-driven mindset.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Business Development:
Drive current client acquisition, empanelment, and business growth
Generate leads through cold calling, Linked In, references, and networking
Conduct client meetings, pitching, and commercial negotiations
Close hiring mandates and ensure quick onboarding of new clients
Maintain and grow existing client accounts through repeat, bulk, and exclusive mandates
Drive monthly revenue, billing, and collection targets
Track BD funnel, client-wise revenue, and billing MIS

Client Delivery:




Manage end-to-end recruitment delivery for multiple IT & Non-IT clients
Handle requirement intake, JD understanding, and hiring strategy planning
Ensure timely closures as per client SLAs and quality benchmarks
Lead, mentor, and monitor recruiters to achieve team targets
Track delivery metrics, closures, CV ratios, and recruiter productivity
Handle client escalations, feedback, and service improvement
Coordinate with management on revenue, billing, and forecasts
Ensure adherence to consultancy processes, SOPs, and compliance

Key Skills & Requirements:
Min 5 Yrs of relevant experience in recruitment consultancy (IT & Non-IT staffing)
Proven expertise in current client acquisition, client delivery, and account management
Strong business development and revenue generation skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management
Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, Linked In, etc.) and ATS (Ceipal preferred)
Strong leadership and team management skills
Target-oriented and performance-driven approach
