Turtle Marketing Management Trainee (MT) Program - a structured 1-year development program designed to build a pipeline of future-ready marketing specialists while strengthening Turtle’s capabilities across brand building, omnichannel marketing, partnerships, digital growth, retail marketing and creative communication.

Key Responsibilities

Product Storytelling

/n

/n
Work closely with the Fashion Design and Product teams to understand seasonal collections, inspirations, fabrics, trends, fits and product USPs.

Translate product concepts into compelling customer-facing stories.

/n

/n

Brand Communication

/n

/n
Develop integrated communication for seasonal campaigns, product launches and brand initiatives.

/n
Create communication for retail stores, website, digital platforms, visual merchandising and marketing collateral.

/n

/n

Content & Social Media

/n

/n
Assist in planning and managing social media content calendars.

/n
Create campaign ideas, reels, captions, scripts and engagement initiatives aligned with Turtle’s brand philosophy.

Monitor content performance and recommend improvements.

/n

/n

Website & Digital Content

/n

/n
Support website merchandising, campaign landing pages and product storytelling.

/n
Create SEO-friendly product and campaign content that enhances customer engagement.

/n

/n

AI-enabled Creative Development

/n

/n
Leverage AI tools for creative ideation, copywriting, mood boards, campaign concepts, presentations, storyboards and visual references.

/n
Research emerging AI platforms and recommend creative applications for marketing and creative productivity.

/n

Creative Collaboration

/n

/n
Collaborate with Graphic Design, Retail Marketing, Visual Merchandising and external creative partners.

/n
Support photoshoots, campaign planning, seasonal launches and content creation.

/n

Educational Qualification

/n

Fresh Graduate or Masters in Fashion Communication or Fashion Marketing discipline in 2026 from NIFT, Kolkata or any other leading NIFT campus.
