Job Title: VoIP Engineer

Job Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India

Working hours: UK office hours 1:30 PM to 10:00 PM (Monday through Friday)

About the Role

/n

We are looking for a UCC / Unified Communications Engineer to manage and support enterprise voice, collaboration, and Contact Centre platforms.

/n

/n

Key Responsibilities

/n

/n
Manage and troubleshoot UCC, VoIP, SIP, and IP Telephony systems.

/n
Support Cisco UC/CUCM and Contact Centre platforms.

/n
Troubleshoot call failures, voice quality, routing, and connectivity issues.

/n
Handle P1/P2 incidents and critical platform alerts.

/n
Perform root-cause analysis and coordinate with internal teams and vendors.

/n
Support platform upgrades, changes, and out-of-hours testing.

/n




Maintain technical documentation and incident records.

/n

Required Skills

/n

/n
3+ years of experience in UCC / Unified Communications / VoIP.

/n
Strong knowledge of SIP, VoIP, TCP/IP, and networking.

/n
Experience with Cisco CUCM / Cisco Collaboration.

/n
Robust troubleshooting and incident management skills.

/n
Positive communication and customer-handling skills.

/n

Valuable to Have

/n

/n
Cisco UCCX/UCCE or Contact Centre experience.

/n
CUBE / SBC / Webex / Microsoft Teams knowledge.

/n
MSP or Managed Services experience.

/n
