? JOB SUMMARY We are looking for energetic, customer-focused and target-oriented Relationship Managers to join our growing sales team at NoBroker.

As a Relationship Manager, you will interact with prospective customers, understand their requirements, recommend suitable NoBroker solutions, and drive sales through effective communication and relationship management.

? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective and existing customers

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions
- Follow up with new and existing leads regularly
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Explain NoBroker products/services and convert leads into sales
- Handle customer queries and objections professionally
- Achieve individual and team sales targets
- Maintain accurate customer and lead records in CRM
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer service
- Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales journey
