Job Summary:

As a Relationship Manager - LAP in Suryapet, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of Loan Against Property (LAP) clients. This involves building strong relationships, identifying their financial needs, and providing tailored LAP solutions to achieve business targets.

Job Responsibilities:

Proactively identify and acquire current clients for Loan Against Property (LAP) in the Suryapet region.

Manage and nurture an existing portfolio of LAP clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Conduct thorough financial analysis and due diligence for LAP applications, adhering to company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Understand client financial needs and cross-sell other banking products and services where appropriate.

Achieve individual and team sales targets for LAP products.

Prepare and present loan proposals to credit committees, justifying the viability of each application.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and threats.

Ensure compliance with all internal policies, procedures,



and external regulatory requirements.

Provide excellent customer service and resolve client queries and concerns effectively and efficiently.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions and loan applications.

Job Qualifications:**

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience (2-5 years) in sales or relationship management within the banking or financial services industry, specifically with Loan Against Property (LAP) products.

Strong understanding of LAP products, credit appraisal, and risk management principles.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Results-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Proficiency in local language (Telugu) is highly preferred.

Knowledge of the Suryapet market and local business landscape is an advantage.
