Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager role based in Kanpur.

The Relationship

Manager will be responsible for identifying prospective customers, explaining home loan and related financial products, and guiding applicants through the end-to-end loan process. The role includes building and maintaining long-term customer relationships, resolving queries, and ensuring a positive customer experience at every touchpoint.

Manager will collaborate with branch staff and other internal teams to ensure timely documentation, credit assessment follow-up, and loan disbursal.



The position also involves meeting sales and service targets, conducting local market visits, and promoting ICICI HFC offerings within the community.

Qualifications

- Strong sales and customer relationship skills, including the ability to identify prospects, build trust, and maintain long-term client engagement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to explain financial products clearly and handle customer queries with empathy and professionalism.
- Basic understanding of retail banking or housing finance products such as home loans, fixed deposits, and loans against property.
- Comfort with fieldwork and local market visits, with strong networking skills and familiarity with the Kanpur region.
- Ability to manage documentation, follow up on loan applications, and work collaboratively with branch and back-office teams.
- Valuable organizational and time management skills, with a focus on meeting sales targets and service quality standards.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic digital tools used for customer data entry and reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; prior experience in sales or financial services is an advantage.
