We are hiring driven Relationship Managers to join our sales team. If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for real estate sales, we want to meet you.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound & outbound leads and convert them into site visits and sales
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their property requirements
- Conduct property presentations, site visits, and closings
- Follow up with prospects regularly and maintain CRM
- Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals
- Coordinate with channel partners, developers, and internal teams
- Stay updated with market trends, pricing, and new launches in Gurgaon

Requirements:

- 1-5 years of experience in Real Estate Sales / Inside Sales / Business Development
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills




- Must have own conveyance for site visits
- Aggressive, target-oriented and self-motivated
- Experience in Gurgaon real estate market is a big plus
- Graduation mandatory
