Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and agile Regional Service Manager to oversee the service operations for 2-wheeler electric vehicles (EVs) across a designated region. The role involves managing dealer networks, ensuring high service standards, driving spare parts revenue, and fostering dealer development.

The Regional Service

Manager will play a key role in enhancing customer satisfaction, managing service teams, and expanding the service infrastructure to support the growth of our EV business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage service operations across the region, ensuring timely resolution of service requests and customer issues
- Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and service guidelines at all service centers and dealer workshops
- Drive spare parts sales and revenue growth across the region by promoting genuine parts usage and ensuring availability
- Manage escalated customer complaints, working closely with technical teams to resolve issues




- Monitor and address recurring service issues to improve reliability and customer trust in EV products
- Work closely with dealers and service teams to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience
- Drive initiatives to improve customer engagement, reduce complaints, and increase retention
- Manage and mentor a team of field service engineers
- Work closely with the sales, marketing, product, and RD teams to align service objectives with overall business goals

Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field

8-12 years of experience in service management, preferably in the 2W or EV industry
