About aHOPE aHOPE Solutions Private Limited is a Business Correspondent (BC) company focused on expanding access to working capital and financial services in rural and semi-urban India. Through partnerships with banks and Sub-BC organizations, aHOPE enables credit delivery, collections, monitoring, and field execution across multiple districts.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Regional Head BC Operations to lead and oversee BC operations across Tamil Nadu. The role will serve as the primary operational bridge between aHOPE, partner banks, Sub-BC organizations, and field teams.

The Regional Head will be responsible for portfolio quality, collection performance, stakeholder management, field supervision, operational compliance, and issue resolution. The objective of this role is to create a solid field leadership layer that allows senior management to focus on growth, partnerships, and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise Field Collection Executives across assigned regions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for Sub-BC owners, trustees, and senior management teams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Regional Managers, Senior Managers, and other officials of partner banks.
- Monitor collection performance, overdue accounts, and portfolio quality.
- Conduct regular field visits and operational reviews.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, BC agreements, and operational guidelines.
- Identify, escalate,



and resolve operational challenges proactively.
- Coordinate audits, monitoring visits, and compliance reviews.
- Drive recovery efforts and support portfolio improvement initiatives.
- Track key operational metrics and provide regular management reports.
- Mentor, guide, and strengthen field teams to improve productivity and discipline.
- Represent aHOPE in meetings with banking partners, stakeholders, and local institutions.

Qualifications & Skills

- Graduate in any discipline; MBA preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Microfinance, Banking, BC Operations, Financial Inclusion, Rural Lending, or Collections.
- Strong understanding of portfolio management, collections, and field operations.
- Proven experience managing large field teams and external stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills in Tamil and English.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, negotiation, and relationship-management abilities.
- High degree of integrity, ownership, and accountability.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Tamil Nadu.

Success in This Role The successful candidate will become the primary operational owner for the region, build strong relationships with Sub-BC partners and bank officials, improve collection discipline and portfolio quality, reduce operational escalations, and enable the leadership team to focus on strategic growth rather than day-to-day field operations.
