About the Internship
We are looking for a motivated and proactive Recruitment Intern to support our hiring activities and gain hands-on experience across the recruitment lifecycle.
The intern will work closely with the recruitment team and will be involved in sourcing candidates, screening profiles, coordinating interviews and supporting various recruitment initiatives. This role will provide exposure to both the operational and strategic aspects of recruitment in a quick-paced start-up environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, professional networks and other relevant channels.
- Review and screen resumes based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate interactions and assess suitability for open positions.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Maintain and update candidate information and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Assist in preparing and posting job descriptions across relevant platforms.
- Conduct candidate research and market mapping as required.
- Support the recruitment team with other hiring and HR-related activities.
- Contribute ideas to improve the recruitment process and candidate experience.
Requirements
