Role Description The Recruitment Specialist is responsible for managing end-to-end hiring activities for technical roles in IT, primarily supporting C2H type roles for local and global clients. This contract position is based in Pune City in a hybrid arrangement, combining on-site collaboration with flexibility for some work-from-home tasks. Daily responsibilities include sourcing candidates through job portals and professional networks, screening resumes, coordinating and conducting interviews, and maintaining candidate pipelines.

The role also involves partnering with hiring agencies to cater client requirements, managing communication with candidates, and supporting onboarding and training coordination.

The Recruitment

Specialist will track recruitment metrics, update records in applicant tracking systems,



and contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and employer branding.

? WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Source and identify qualified candidates for C2H contract positions across India & Southeast Asia
- Understand client requirements and translate them into actionable recruitment requirements
- Coordinate with our recruitment vendors and partners to source relevant profiles
- Screen candidates and assess their suitability against client requirements
- Prepare and share shortlisted candidate profiles with clients in India and global markets
- Coordinate interviews and maintain regular follow-ups with candidates and clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with recruitment vendors and partners
- Follow up with vendors, candidates, and clients to ensure smooth closure of requirements
- Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates across multiple technology skill sets
- Support account management and day-to-day coordination with key clients

? WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

- Experience in IT recruitment / staffing / talent acquisition
- Strong understanding of sourcing and screening technical candidates
- Experience working with recruitment consultants, vendors or staffing partners is highly preferred
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills
- Ability to understand technical job requirements and identify relevant candidates
- Strong ownership, coordination and relationship-management skills




- Comfortable working with multiple requirements and stakeholders simultaneously
- Experience in C2H / contract staffing will be a strong advantage
- Exposure to international recruitment, particularly Southeast Asia, will be an added advantage

Qualifications

- Strong recruiting and hiring skills, including experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Proficiency in interviewing and candidate assessment, with the ability to match talent to role requirements.
- Effective communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication with candidates and stakeholders.
- Experience supporting training or onboarding activities and coordinating with HR or business teams.
- Prior experience in IT recruitment or staffing, preferably within consulting or technology environments.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, job portals, and professional networking platforms.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple requisitions and priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setting in Pune City, collaborating both on-site and remotely.
