We are seeking a Recruitment Intern to join our fast-growing EdTech team in Pune for a 6-month paid internship at a stipend of ₹10,000 per month.

In this role, you will gain hands-on experience across the entire recruitment lifecycle, bridging the gap between high-potential talent and top-tier hiring companies. This position offers a direct pathway to a full-time role based on your performance and impact.

Key Responsibilities

1. Candidate Sourcing & Engagement

- Talent Sourcing: Hunt for top-tier candidates across major job boards, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
- Screening: Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate skills, experience, and career goals.
- Pipeline Building: Create and nurture a steady pipeline of qualified talent for upcoming roles.

- Client Coordination & Hiring Process

- Requirement Gathering: Align with corporate clients to deeply understand their specific hiring needs.
- Profile Presentation: Pitch shortlisted candidate profiles to clients and advocate for their selection.
- Interview Coordination:



Logistics-manage the entire interview loop between candidates and client panels.
- Feedback Loops: Drive prompt feedback sessions with both candidates and clients post-interviews.

- Operations & Relationship Management

- Data Integrity: Update internal applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment sheets daily.
- Stakeholder Management: Build trust-based relationships with active candidates and corporate partners.
- Target Achievement: Support the core team in meeting weekly and monthly hiring and onboarding goals.

Requirements

- Education: Degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
- Tech Skills: Proficiency in Excel Sheets and familiarity with LinkedIn.
- Core Traits: Highly organized, proactive, target-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
- Interest: A solid passion for talent acquisition, corporate relations, and human resources.
