Cornerstone Workforce Solutions (CWS) is looking for a driven and ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our growing APAC recruitment team in Bangalore.

Overview

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing recruitment requirements across the APAC region, identifying the right talent, building strong candidate networks, and taking ownership of the recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to closure. You will work closely with candidates, hiring managers and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality talent within agreed timelines.

What You’ll Do:

- Source and identify qualified candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media and professional networks.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment from requirement understanding, sourcing and screening to interview coordination and offer closure.
- Build and maintain a strong APAC talent pipeline across Technology and IT skills.
- Conduct market research and develop talent & market intelligence for APAC hiring.
- Engage with candidates and build strong, long-term professional relationships.
- Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates based on technical skills, experience and cultural fit.




- Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Negotiate offers and support candidates through the closing process.
- Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment data in ATS/recruitment platforms.
- Leverage AI-powered recruitment and ATS tools to improve sourcing, screening and productivity.
- Consistently achieve recruitment targets, timelines and quality expectations.

What You’ll Need:

- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment / talent acquisition, preferably in IT/Technology staffing.
- Strong candidate sourcing and market intelligence skills.
- Good understanding of APAC talent markets and hiring dynamics.
- Ability to build robust, long-term candidate relationships.
- Experience with AI-powered ATS / recruitment tools is an advantage.
- Robust presence and sourcing capability across LinkedIn, social media and skilled networks.
- Ability to take end-to-end ownership of recruitment demands, from sourcing to closure.
- Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Passionate about recruitment and motivated by delivering measurable results.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
