Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT & Non-IT positions

Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals & other channels

Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements

Coordinate interviews and maintain regular candidate follow-ups

Handle bulk hiring and multiple positions simultaneously

Manage offer negotiation, documentation & joining formalities

Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closures

Coordinate with clients/hiring managers for requirements and feedback

Requirements

✅ 6 Months – 1 Year recruitment experience

✅ Experience in IT and/or Non-IT hiring

✅ Good sourcing & screening skills

✅ Strong communication and follow-up skills

✅ Ability to manage multiple requirements and closures

✅ Laptop + secure internet connection mandatory

✅ Immediate joiners preferred
