Target Pool – Executive Search firms with GCC hiring expertise/ GCC companies.
- Candidate should be having hands on experience in end-to-end recruitment.
- Should be able to manage recruitment vendors + self-sourcing
- Excellent Communication skills
- TCS is looking to hire 100-150 requirements in a year.
- Candidate should have managed ~75+ hirings with GCC in a year.
- Should be robust in stakeholder management.
- It is an Individual Contributor role.
Work Model: 5 days, WFO Reporting: TAG Head, GCC
