Labs manages both single-step and end-to-end synthesis, supplying materials for clinical trials and commercial-scale production of NCEs, key starting materials (KSMs), active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs), and intermediates, with efficient technology transfer timelines.
Role Description This is a full-time, in office Recruiter role based in Gummadidala. The Recruiter will manage end-to-end hiring activities, including role briefing with hiring managers, sourcing candidates through multiple channels, screening applications, and coordinating interviews.
The role involves maintaining candidate pipelines for scientific, technical, and corporate positions, ensuring timely communication and a positive candidate experience. The Recruiter will support offer negotiation and onboarding processes, maintain accurate recruitment data and reports,
and collaborate closely with HR and business leaders to align hiring efforts with organizational needs. The role also includes contributing to employer branding initiatives and continuous improvement of recruitment processes and tools.
Qualifications
- Strong talent acquisition skills, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and pipeline management.
- Experience coordinating full recruitment cycles: job posting, interview scheduling, feedback collection, and offer management.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HR databases, and common recruitment platforms and tools.
- Knowledge of hiring for pharmaceutical, chemical, or manufacturing environments, with familiarity with scientific and technical profiles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Solid organizational and time-management capabilities, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Understanding of relevant employment laws, ethical hiring practices, and diversity, equity, and inclusion principles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; prior experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist is preferred.
