Role Description The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle to support Viraaya Weddings in building high-performing teams across operations, design, hospitality, and event management. This full-time, on-site role is based in New Delhi and involves sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring decisions with internal stakeholders. The Recruiter will maintain talent pipelines, manage job postings, and ensure a positive candidate experience aligned with the brand’s luxury service standards.

Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with hiring managers to define role requirements, organizing interviews and assessments,



negotiating offers, and supporting onboarding. The role also includes maintaining recruitment data, tracking hiring metrics, and recommending improvements to hiring processes.

Qualifications

- Strong talent acquisition and recruitment skills, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate pipeline management.
- Experience in stakeholder management and collaboration with hiring managers, HR, and leadership to understand role requirements and staffing needs.
- Proficiency in using job boards, social media, and professional networks to attract candidates, with familiarity in applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with an ability to represent the brand professionally to candidates and partners.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple roles, deadlines, and interview schedules in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in hospitality, events, luxury services, or a related industry is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Current Delhi, with flexibility for extended hours or weekends during peak wedding seasons.
