- Patient Greeting & Support: Welcome patients, families, and vendors, answer questions, and help ease patient anxiety in the waiting area.
- Check-in & Registration: Register new arrivals, verify identification and insurance details, and help patients complete intake forms.
- Appointment Scheduling: Book, reschedule, or confirm patient appointments via phone, email, or text.
- Call Management: Operate multi-line phone systems, take explicit messages, and route calls to specific hospital departments or wards.
- Billing & Payments: Collect co-pays, process basic financial transactions, and answer general billing inquiries.
Pay: ₹8,891.73 - ₹13,000.00 per month
