Job Overview :

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing leads, interacting with prospective customers, conducting site visits, supporting sales closures, and developing relationships with Channel Partners.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage and maintain customer and lead information in the CRM.

- Follow up with prospective customers and respond to their queries in a timely manner.

- Qualify leads and schedule site visits.

- Conduct site visits and explain the project, amenities, pricing, and other relevant details to prospective customers.

- Understand customer requirements and guide them through the sales process.

- Build strong relationships with customers and support the sales process through closure.

- Identify and develop relationships with Channel Partners to generate recent business opportunities.

- Conduct regular follow-ups and outreach with existing and potential Channel Partners.





- Support on-ground marketing and promotional activities related to the project.

- Maintain a good understanding of the project, market, and customer requirements to effectively address queries.

Requirements

- Experience: 6 months to 2 years in Sales, Field Sales, Property Sales, or a related role.

- Experience in Real Estate, Property Sales, Plot Sales, Plotting, or Site Sales will be an added advantage.

- Strong customer handling and relationship-building skills.

- Comfortable with lead follow-ups, calling, and conducting site visits.

- Basic understanding of CRM and lead management.

- Ability to work in a target-driven sales environment.

- Telugu communication is mandatory.

- Basic to good communication skills in Hindi and English are preferred.

- Candidates should be proactive, confident, and comfortable working in an on-site sales environment.
