Role Description The Real Estate Field Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad, responsible for managing and supporting real estate activities in assigned locations. Day-to-day tasks include visiting properties, coordinating site inspections, gathering and verifying property information, and assisting in real estate development initiatives. The role involves maintaining strong relationships with property owners, clients, and local stakeholders, addressing inquiries, and providing explicit information on property features and terms.

Executive will support sales efforts by conducting field follow-ups, organizing meetings, and ensuring timely documentation and updates.



The position requires regular reporting on field activities, market observations, and competitive insights to support decision-making and business growth.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Real Estate and Real Property, including knowledge of property types, local regulations, and market dynamics.
- Candidates should possess experience in Real Estate Development, including site evaluation, basic feasibility understanding, and coordination with internal teams.
- Candidates should possess skills in Sales and Customer Service, with the ability to build rapport, handle queries professionally, and support closing transactions.
- Additional beneficial skills include basic negotiation abilities, familiarity with local Ahmedabad real estate markets, and proficiency in maintaining accurate records.
- Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in business, real estate, or a related field, along with field experience in real estate or property management, are preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad, travel locally as needed, communicate clearly, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
