We are looking for RMS Agents to support aircraft turnaround and ground handling operations.
Location: Delhi
Experience: 2-3 Years (Relevant experience in airport operations / ground handling / manpower rostering)
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate aircraft turnaround and ground handling activities
- Plan and manage manpower rosters based on flight schedules
- Allocate manpower as per operational requirements
- Handle roster changes, absenteeism, and operational exigencies
- Monitor attendance, overtime, and shift compliance
- Coordinate with supervisors and operational teams
- Identify and escalate manpower shortages and operational risks
- Ensure compliance with aviation safety and operational procedures
