ABOUT THE JOB:

We are looking for an Quick & E-Commerce Executive to manage and support day-to-day operations across online marketplaces and our website. The role focuses on product listings, order management, coordination with internal teams, and ensuring smooth online sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Onboard and manage Dermatouch products across quick commerce platforms.
- Manage and optimize product listings on Blinkit, including product titles, images, descriptions, pricing, availability, and visibility.
- Manage Zepto listings and SKU performance, ensuring accurate catalog information, stock availability, pricing, and promotional execution.
- Coordinate with Swiggy Instamart for catalog updates, product availability, promotions, campaigns, and overall platform performance.
- Coordinate with internal teams for catalog updates, pricing, and inventory availability.
- Track daily sales, promotions, SKU performance, and platform-wise performance.
- Monitor product visibility, availability, and search/category placement across Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, and BigBasket Now.
- Identify growth opportunities through data analysis, platform performance, and market trends.




- Build and maintain relationships with platform category managers and partners.
- Ensure smooth execution of offers, recent launches, and brand campaigns across quick-commerce platforms.
- Monitor competitor activity, pricing, promotions, and product assortment, and share insights to improve visibility and conversions.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Supply Chain teams for timely product dispatch, stock replenishment, and campaign execution.
- Identify stock-out risks and coordinate with relevant teams to maintain product availability across platforms.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce or quick commerce operations (FMCG / D2C / Beauty preferred
- Strong analytical and communication skill
- Hands-on experience with Excel and platform dashboard
- Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
