WE’RE HIRING | SENIOR QUICK COMMERCE EXPERT

Denzor Nutrition Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Senior Quick Commerce Expert / Manager to lead and scale our rapidly growing business across Health Supplements & Functional Beverages.

This is not a routine marketplace management role.

We are looking for someone who has hands-on experience scaling brands on Quick Commerce platforms and understands the business end-to-end — from growth strategy and advertising to inventory, logistics, operations and profitability.

? THE ROLEYou will take complete ownership of Denzor’s Quick Commerce business across:

? Blinkit

? Swiggy Instamart

? Zepto

? Other emerging Quick Commerce platforms

? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES• Develop and execute strategies to scale GMV, revenue, orders and market share

- Manage the complete day-to-day operations of Quick Commerce platforms
- Own Quick Commerce Ads / Retail Media — planning, execution, optimization and ROI
- Manage inventory availability, replenishment, fill rates and stock levels
- Coordinate with platforms and internal teams for logistics, warehousing and replenishment
- Drive SKU-level growth, assortment, visibility and availability
- Plan and execute platform promotions, campaigns and offers
- Track and analyze daily, weekly and monthly sales & performance metrics
- Identify opportunities to expand across cities, dark stores and SKUs
- Work closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance and Operations
- Build, manage and mentor a high-performing Quick Commerce team
- Take ownership of the overall Quick Commerce P&L; and business growth





? WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?We are looking for a senior, hands-on Quick Commerce professional with:

✅ 3–4+ years of relevant experience

✅ Proven track record of scaling brands through Quick Commerce

✅ Strong hands-on experience with Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, Zepto and similar platforms

✅ Excellent understanding of Quick Commerce advertising / Retail Media

✅ Experience managing high-volume business and large numbers

✅ Strong understanding of logistics, inventory, replenishment and operations

✅ Experience in team management and leadership

✅ Robust analytical, commercial and problem-solving skills

✅ Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
