Role Description The R2R Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. This role oversees the Record-to-Report function, ensuring accurate and timely financial closing, reconciliations, and reporting in line with accounting standards and internal policies. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing general ledger activities, supervising journal postings, reviewing balance sheet reconciliations, and monitoring month-end and year-end closing processes.

The R2R Manager collaborates with cross-functional teams to resolve accounting issues, supports audits, and enhances internal controls and process efficiencies. The role also involves preparing management reports, analyzing financial data,



mentoring team members, and contributing to process standardization and automation initiatives.

? Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Month-End & Year-End Close activities
- Manage Intercompany Reconciliations & Consolidations
- Review and post Journal Entries
- Perform Balance Sheet Reconciliations
- Drive P&L; Variance Analysis and reporting
- Ensure compliance with SOX requirements
- Coordinate and provide support for internal & external audits
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting

? Desired Candidate Profile:

✅ Qualified Chartered Accountant with 2+ years' experience in R2R

✅ Strong R2R / General Ledger experience

✅ Expertise in Month-End & Year-End Closing

✅ Hands-on experience in Consolidation & Intercompany Accounting

✅ Strong knowledge of Journal Entries, BS Reconciliations & P&L; Analysis

✅ Experience with SOX Compliance & Audit Support

✅ Proficiency in SAP

✅ Strong understanding of US GAAP / IFRS reporting

✅ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
