We are hiring experienced Quantity Surveyor – Railway for the support to Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Projects.

Location : Nashik

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Perform detailed quantity take-offs for railway civil and structural works from engineering drawings and specifications.

- Prepare and manage BOQs for railway project tenders and contract execution.

- Manage the tender process from start to finish for railway packages.

- Evaluate and analyze tender documents, identifying and highlighting risks and opportunities.

- Prepare accurate cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment for railway works.

- Prepare and submit tender documents including bills of quantities and pricing schedules.

- Review and assess subcontractor and supplier quotations for railway-specific trades.





- Maintain a comprehensive and up-to-date database of railway tender documentation and pricing.

- Provide full-time back-office support to the KSA railway team.

- Liaise with the Tender Head and KSA team for inputs and reviews.

- Implement risk management strategies to minimize financial exposure.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

- Minimum 5–10+ years of experience in quantity surveying for railway or metro infrastructure projects.

- GCC/KSA railway experience preferred.

- Robust knowledge of railway civil construction methods, materials, and cost estimation.

- Proficient in quantity surveying software and MS Excel.

- Familiarity with FIDIC contracts and railway tender procedures.

- Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills.
