Role Description This is a full-time, Hybrid Quantity Surveyor role based in Mysore.

The Quantity

Surveyor will be responsible for preparing and reviewing Bills of Quantities (BOQs), estimating project costs, and supporting cost planning throughout the project lifecycle. The role includes monitoring budgets, tracking expenditures, and preparing regular cost reports to ensure projects are delivered within approved financial parameters.

Surveyor will collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, contractors, and vendors to validate quantities, negotiate rates, and manage cost variations.



The position also involves contributing to contract administration, supporting tender processes, and maintaining accurate documentation and records in line with company standards.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in preparing and reviewing BOQs, with strong quantity take-off and measurement skills.
- Demonstrated ability in Cost Planning and Cost Management to support budgeting and project financial control.
- Experience in Cost Control and Cost Reporting to monitor variances and provide accurate, timely cost updates.
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and local building regulations.
- Solid analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
- Proficiency with relevant QS/estimation software and MS Office tools; familiarity with ERP or project management systems is an advantage.
- 2+ Years of Experienced candidate required.
- Prior experience in high rise building, residential or real estate projects in India is preferred.
