Impact and Scope

- We seek agile, engaging presenters with a proven ability to motivate others. We are hiring faculties on part time/full time basis at our Koramangala & Marathahalli offices.
- In this role, you will lead assigned classes and be trained to deliver our proven curriculum to help our students achieve their highest possible test scores.
- Candidates MUST score well on our Aptitude Test (Quant) to be eligible for an Interview and Demo Lecture Rounds.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Delivery of Instruction:

- Ability to mentor and engage students
- Ability to learn our methodology and strategies quickly
- Active and ongoing classroom management
- Receive and respond to ongoing training, development, and feedback

Student Service:

- Mentoring skills to help guide students of all levels achieve their highest scores on "test day"
- Respond to or escalate student related issues as they arise
- Partner with our service and academics support staff to ensure student needs are met

Subject Matter Expertise:

- Take various tests – both actual (CAT)



and IMS internal tests as stipulated by the academic team
- Learn and retain knowledge related to all aspects of tests including knowledge of test format, dates offered, test enrolment process, and admissions timeline

REQUIREMENTS

- Previous training/teaching experience needed (those with no experience but passion to teach and motivate with good CAT percentile will definitely be considered).
- Good Scores on CAT is a pre requisite for this role.
- Applicants without CAT teaching background or those who have not taken CAT will not be considered

- Weekend availability required

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Contractual / Temporary, Freelance Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate

- Koramangala, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
