What You Will Do:
Assist senior technicians through hands-on in office support activities




Handle incidents and service requests with guidance or following SOP’s
Perform PC and mobile device staging (imaging, enrolment, tagging, testing)
Support laptops, desktops, iPhones, iPads and other workplace devices
Conduct routine meeting room and AV device check
Install software when remote installation is not feasible
Perform basic CMDB / asset updates during deployments and replacements
Support printer-related basic issues
Escalate complex issues with proper documentation
Follow defined processes and SOPs consistently
Demonstrate willingness to learn recent tools, technologies and support models
