What You Will Do

Backend Engineering

/n
Design, develop, and maintain services using Ruby, Java, and Go.

/n
Architect scalable, reliable, and secure microservices and APIs.

/n
Implement event-driven systems and asynchronous processing pipelines.

/n
Optimize system performance, resilience, and availability.

/n

/n
Collaboration & Delivery

/n
Partner with mobile/web engineers to deliver seamless end-to-end experiences.

/n
Collaborate with infrastructure teams to ensure reliability and observability.

/n
Participate in sprint planning, system design, and code reviews.

/n

Quality & Best Practices

/n
Build unit, integration, and performance tests for services.

/n
Ensure CI/CD pipelines are integrated with automated quality gates.

/n
Drive technical excellence through design reviews and documentation.

/n

/n

What You Will Need

/n
4–6 years of backend development experience.

/n
Solid proficiency in Go, Ruby and Java.

/n
Experience with distributed systems, REST/GraphQL APIs, and event queues.

/n
Solid understanding of relational and NoSQL databases.

/n
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

/n

Nice to Have

/n
Experience in fintech, payments, or transaction-heavy systems.

/n
Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

/n
Familiarity with observability tools (Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana).
