Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Bid Manager to lead the end-to-

end bid and proposal management process. The successful candidate will be

responsible for identifying, qualifying, coordinating, and submitting high-quality

/n

competitive bids, RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and tenders across multiple business lines. This

/n

role requires strong project management, stakeholder management, commercial

/n

acumen, and proposal-writing capabilities to maximize win rates and support business

/n

growth.

Key Responsibilities

Bid Planning & Strategy

/n

/n
Lead bid/no-bid decision-making processes by evaluating strategic fit, prospect size,

/n
competition, and probability of success.

/n
Develop winning bid strategies aligned with organizational objectives.

/n
Analyze customer requirements, market trends, and competitor positioning.

/n

/n

End-to-End Bid Management

/n

/n
Manage the complete bid lifecycle from opportunity identification through contract

/n
award.

/n
Create and manage bid schedules, timelines, and deliverables.

/n
Ensure timely submission of compliant, accurate, and high-quality proposals.

/n

/n

Proposal Development

/n

/n
Coordinate the preparation of technical,



commercial, and financial proposal responses.

/n
Develop compelling executive summaries, value propositions, case studies, and solution narratives.

/n
Review and edit proposal content to ensure consistency, quality, and alignment with

/n
customer requirements.

/n

/n

Stakeholder Coordination

/n

/n
Collaborate with Sales, Solutioning, Delivery, Operations, Finance, Legal,

/n
Procurement, and Leadership teams.

/n
Facilitate bid kick-off meetings and review sessions.

/n
Ensure all stakeholders provide timely and accurate inputs.

/n

/n

Required Skills and Experience

/n

/n
Should have 8 -10 years of relevant experience in Bid Management, Proposal

/n
Management, Business Development, Sales Operations, or Project Management

/n
Demonstrated experience managing complex RFPs, RFQs, RFIs, and tender

/n
submissions.

/n
Experience working with cross-functional teams in a rapid-paced environment.

/n
Excellent communication skills

/n
Strong business writing and communication abilities.

/n
